Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences, Integrated Mathematics Teacher Licensure (Grades 7-12)

This option within the bachelor of science in mathematical sciences program prepares you to be a teacher at the secondary level. Graduates have a broad background in the core of undergraduate mathematics and a firm foundation in professional education coursework, together with a strong general education component.

Students in this program are strongly encouraged to meet, on a regular basis, with advisors from both the Department of Mathematical Sciences and the Department of Teacher Education.

General Education Program (PSYC 1101 meets the Social Science component requirement. The Quantitative Reasoning component is also satisfied by the requirements of the degree.) 28 Hours
