Outlook Mobile App View

Outlook for iOS and Android lets you manage Outlook.com and other email accounts, calendars, contacts, and files without switching between different apps.

To setup the app to use your Shawnee State Office 365 or @MyMail Email account:


  • Download the Microsoft Outlook app from either the App Store or Google Play
    (Be sure to choose the one offered by Microsoft Corporation)
  • Login using your Office 365 or @MyMail email address and password from Shawnee State University
  • If you do not know your Office 365 or @MyMail email address or password, contact the ITS Service Desk for assistance.

Microsoft Office 365 Faculty/Staff Training

Shawnee State University has migrated to Office 365 for all employee offices. ITS is partnering with the SSU TLC to provide opportunities to learn how to use the new application that are a part of the Microsoft Office software suite.
